Send us your digital scans or impressions and the turnaround time for single implants is five days from start to finish. We fabricate models and use our own 3D printers to print guides and other tools necessary for a successful surgery and restoration.

Intraoral digital impression scanning removes many of the variables associated with taking a traditional impression, allowing technicians detailed data to use for designs.

We want your patients to rest assured that even temporary crowns and arches look and feel like the final permanent solution. We use high quality zirconia, PMMA, ceramic and titanium. We are also fully equipped and prepared to design CAD/ CAM custom abutments and milledtitanium bars.

Pittman Dental Laboratory is able to create custom milled bar restorations with any variety of hybrid or overdenture restorations. Our skilled implant and removable departments work together with our clients to ensure maximum satisfaction for the patient and dentist. We are fully setup with the digital workflows that incorporate surgical guides and now offer Chairside Conversion services as well.
